Warranty & Guarantee Policy
- • The customer receives a 10-year golden manufacturing warranty from the purchase date stated on the warranty card.
- • Immediate and direct replacement of the entire battery in case of manufacturing defects (which appear upon first installation).
- • Completely free maintenance including battery replacement parts during the warranty period and according to the conditions shown on this card.
- • Continuous and periodic updates to the battery operating system whenever updates are released by the manufacturer.
Warranty Validity Conditions
- • Installation and programming must be carried out exclusively by specialists in renewable energy according to the installation conditions shown in the user manual.
- • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidents (breakage), unauthorized modifications (opening the battery cover or removing factory seals), natural events (lightning – earthquakes), or routine performance degradation over time which is considered normal wear.
- • Clarification: The battery is maintained free of charge throughout the warranty period. If maintenance cannot be performed within the first five years, the battery will be replaced with a new one (same model or equivalent) while preserving the remaining warranty period. If maintenance cannot be performed during the last two years, the battery will be replaced with the customer paying only for the consumption period, after which the warranty is extended for another 10 years.

Limited Liability
The company’s responsibility is limited to replacing or repairing the product as stated. The company is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
Contract
This document serves as a contract between the company and the purchaser, and both parties are considered to have agreed to its terms.
